Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK & to the rest of the world (weight restrictions will apply). If your country does not appear on our shipping list, please do email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as we can probably ship to you. The cost will depend on the weight and size of the parcel, so please let us know what you wish to order. Please note that Best Years Ltd is not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred on goods we ship when entering your country of residence. We will not refund any customs charges on any returned goods.
How much does delivery cost?
UK standard delivery is £4.50. For the rest of the World we charge £15 for parcels with up to 4 items. If you experience any problems with overseas orders, please do email us as we can ship to most places in the world but we may need to offer you an individual shipping quote. (Please note that during Covid-19 we have had to restrict international shipping to tracked services - if you wish to purchase to send internationally, please email us to enquire re current costs for tracked services - This email address is being protected from spambots. How long will my parcel take?
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt. During busy times, such as during a sale, we may not be able to meet our own targets but please be assured that we will do our best to. If there is ever a significant delay, we will contact you.
Which delivery services do you use?
Within the UK, we mostly use Royal Mail 2nd Class services. For Europe, we use DPD couriers.
What happens if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?
If you have instructed us of a safe place to leave the parcel, we will pass this on to the delivery service. If not and nobody is at home, the delivery man or woman will leave a card with a phone number so that you can call and arrange for a new delivery date.
How much do I need to spend to get free delivery?
For UK orders, we can offer free delivery when you spend over £100
RETURNS
What is your policy on returns?
Our returns policy is governed by the distance selling regulations. If you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will offer a no quibble refund so long as the goods are returned in the condition that they were sent. We will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
How do I return an order?
- Email us to let us know you are returning your order. Please quote the order number
- Post your parcel to our warehouse and obtain proof of postage
- We will process the refund once our warehouse confirms that the parcel has been received.
- Please note that you will pay the cost of returning the goods to us and this will not be refunded unless the goods were faulty and you have advised us of this.

Please ensure that you include the original packing note with the order number and your details on it and that you obtain proof of postage. Please do not send returns to our PO Box.
I am going on holiday and cannot return the items before I go. What should I do?
Under our terms and conditions, items should be returned within 14 days of receipt. However, we do know that this is not always possible and we try to be reasonable. Please email us as soon as you know that you want to make a return and let us know that you have a problem and we will try and come to an arrangement. Please don’t just head off on holiday though and try and sort it out weeks later as this could prove difficult for us both.
How long does it take to get a refund?
As soon as the warehouse has confirmed receipt and the goods have been checked, we will arrange a refund by the same payment method that you used.
How do I make an international return?
The process for international returns is the same as listed above.
If I cancel my order, will you refund the original postage & packaging costs?
We will refund the cost of postage and packing but you will need to pay the costs of sending the order back to us (unless the goods are faulty and you have advised us of this). Please note however that we will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.
If my order is faulty, how do I arrange a return or refund?
In the unlikely event that your toy is faulty when you receive it, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to advise us of the fault. We will then advise where and how to return your item for a full refund or replacement.
If you contact us after 14 days, but within 4 months of purchase, where the product is faulty due to a manufacturing fault, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please email us with details and ideally photographs of the fault.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Please Note. We do not allow any of our toys to be sold on any 3rd party platform including Facebook, EBay and Amazon.
Purchasing & Payment Policy
Purchasing products from Best Years could not be easier. Simply select the items you wish to buy and complete the order quantity.
Your Right To Cancel
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns Policy
Goods are supplied on a firm sale basis and we do not accept stock back once it has been delivered - we do not offer Sale or Return
All cases of short deliveries or faulty goods must be notified within 5 days.
We reserve the right not to supply product in cases of any administrative, technical or any other errors related to prices and/or quantities.
Credit Limit
Every account will have a credit limit. If orders reach the credit limit or if one or more invoices are unpaid the account will be placed on stop. We always sue to reclaim unpaid invoices irrespective of how small the invoice or how big the customer!
Delivery
Delivery is normally within 48 hours from receipt of order but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of our off the shelf Best Years' ranges. Delivery times for own brand development products will vary according to requirements. The cost of delivery to main land UK is £11 for orders totalling less than £300 (including VAT) and FREE for order totalling more than £300.
Back Orders
Back orders will only be accepted to the value of £100 or more. Back orders under this value will be automatically cancelled unless otherwise notified
Drop Ship
Unfortunately due to the nature of our supply chain we are unable to offer a drop ship facility.
